The rooms were really lovely and beds comfy. The bathroom was sparkling clean and nice shower with great stream, nice and strong! The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful with everythingOverall really good.

The room was well presented and clean. The bathroom was impressively clean with minimal mould in grout and NO visible grime or hair or anything else unpleasant. The security on the rooms windows was impressive. There are plenty of accessible power points. There was a well-used Thai restaurant on site - this would have been very handy for guests and locals. I spoke to one staff member on the phone who was very pleasant and told me to request a ground floor room - this was very good advice as I had only had a hysterectomy a week and a half prior. The cleaner was very chatty and nice to talk too. The price of this motel was almost $50 cheaper than the one that I had intended on staying in. Great for the budget.

The friendliness, attitude and professionalism of the manager and cleaning staff. If I had a request, it would be done very quickly. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again.

The motel is well situated about two killometres from the main shopping centre there is plenty of parking. I had two cars both were safe from the street. The manager was very helpful as we didn't make it to the motel due to a car brake down we arrived a week after our original booking with two cars in lieu of one. The management was very understanding of our situation.

When we arrived and relayed the story of our problems during our travels to Canberra the manager's first response was to provide us with a cold beer from his own fridge. If this is evidence of the way they treat their guests, we could not rate this property more highly. It's not the Hyatt Hotel, but it is clean, friendly, quiet and comfortable. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Canberra area, you really need to look closely at the Grand Manor.

The room was well furnished with table and chairs, luggage racks, microwave and crockery, quiet location, good air conditioner, good bed and pillows. Hot and strong shower, big shower recess.

A microwave, toaster, kettle with coffee/tea and biscuits was supplied, so easy to prepare own food if desired. Beds were comfortable, air conditioned, and the bathroom had a very good shower with bath. Plenty of parking

Location was good - central and quiet with onsite parking. Room was a reasonable size and table for two was convenient to enjoy our morning toast and coffee. Excellent shower. Rooms were clean (excepting dust on top of leatherette bed headboard).
